In our outdoor fitness training you use the weight of your own body to improve your fitness. Hereby we count on the participants motivating each other and the improvement of the whole group! This course is also perfect to reduce stress and to strengthen self-confidence. If warm, cold, dry or wet: in the outdoor fitness training we don’t listen to excuses!
