I want to do sport

No matter your heritage, religion, residence permit, gender or age - everyone is welcome at SPORTEGRATION trainings. Because sport goes beyond language barriers and borders between countries. Get active and do sport with us!

SPORTEGRATION prioritizes diversity! Our sports programme contains 35 weekly courses whereby we offer 12 different sports. Are you a fan of endurance sports? Then go all out in our fitboxing and running training! Do you prefer playing in a team? Then get stuck in with your teammates in our football, basketball or volleyball training! We can guarantee that you will find whatever you are looking for. Check out our timetable:

In our trainings we will make you sweat. But SPORTEGRATION is not only about movement: fun and a sense of belonging are at the heart of all we do. Our courses live from a relaxed atmosphere, respectful interaction and the palpable togetherness of the group. Thanks to this you will meet new people and make friends in no time.

Our sports courses have as low a threshold as possible to participate: Refugees generally train for free and natives for a symbolic small donation.

At SPORTEGRATION we are not only a sports group, we are more of a family. It doesn’t matter which language you speak or which country you come from. Being a person is enough.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sign up?

You can simply go along to our trainings spontaneously (except if we explicitly require a registration). It is helpful, however, to join our Whatsapp-Chats and to let us know there that you are joining a training session. This lets our coaches know who will be there.

How much does the training cost?

Refugees train for free at SPORTEGRATION. Natives and expats, who have a regular income, are welcome to train with us for a symbolic donation of CHF 10 per training session.

What do I have to take with me?

The dress code for every training can be found on the timetable. However, comfortable clothes and shoes are always important!
