Annina is a founding member of SPORTEGRATION and has been with the organization since the very beginning. Together with Aybüke, she is responsible for the organization’s strategic direction, its ongoing development, and budget and financial planning. Her focus is particularly on fundraising and on maintaining and developing relationships with foundations and other partners. With her many years of experience and extensive network, she helps to further develop SPORTEGRATION and advance the organization’s mission.
ContactAybüke has been part of SPORTEGRATION since 2021 and co-leads the organization with Annina. Together, they are responsible for the organization’s strategic direction, its ongoing development, and budget and financial planning. Her focus is particularly on further developing structures and processes, as well as coordinating and leading the team. She also represents SPORTEGRATION in dealings with key stakeholders and partner organizations. With her many years of experience and dedication, she helps to further develop SPORTEGRATION and advance the organization’s mission.
ContactSabine is mainly responsible for the finances and as such is the point of contact for our accounts. In addition, she is regularly to be found as a coach at our SPORTEGRATION fitboxing training.
ContactAs a founding member and active running coach as well as permanent fixture of the board, it’s hard to think of SPORTEGRATION without Karim. His massive network and his experiences in the field of entrepreneurship flow into our fundraising.
ContactVanessa is a part of the board and supports the association when it comes to marketing and communication. She also regularly makes our participants sweat in the SPORTEGRATION fitboxing training.
ContactLeonie works part-time at SPORTEGRATION and is responsible for financial administration. She serves as the connection between the various financial matters within the club and our external accountant. In short: Leonie keeps track of numbers, spreadsheets, and bank accounts. She makes sure everything related to our finances ends up in the right place.
ContactAmar is responsible for fundraising and is committed to ensuring the long-term sustainability and further development of SPORTEGRATION’s work. He maintains communication with existing funding partners, establishes new contacts, and assists with funding applications. Thanks to his experience in project management, he has first-hand knowledge of the programs and the community.
ContactStefanie handles project management in the cantons of Bern, Basel-Stadt, and Basel-Landschaft, and also works across cantonal borders. She organizes sports and school courses, ensures that everything runs smoothly, and continuously refines our programs. In addition, she regularly engages with people on the ground, is always ready to listen, and thus strengthens the network of participants, supporters, and partners involved in our programs.
ContactDavid is primarily responsible for the Process and Technology department at SPORTEGRATION. He coordinates the further development of processes and digital solutions. He is also responsible for data management as well as the maintenance and further development of the website.
ContactDanilo is responsible for project management in the Canton of Zurich. He organizes sports and school programs, ensures that everything runs smoothly, and continuously refines the programs. In addition, he oversees the areas of communications and marketing as well as impact evaluation. In this role, he manages both SPORTEGRATION’s public image and the collection and analysis of data on the impact of its programs.

He takes his role as chief entertainer very seriously and puts a smile on everyone’s face. He's also our unofficial head of hospitality and greets everyone with a hearty "woof woof." Pashmak—our furry team member!
