Annina is a founding member and co-managing director of SPORTEGRATION. Since the association’s foundation she not only deals with fundraising, the strategy and the expansion of the association but also represents it to the outside world. On the side, she gets our participants into a proper sweat in our SPORTEGRATION fitboxing training.
ContactSabine is mainly responsible for the finances and as such is the point of contact for our accounts. In addition, she is regularly to be found as a coach at our SPORTEGRATION fitboxing training.
ContactAlong with Annina, Aybü assumes the direction of SPORTEGRATION. She is involved in many areas but her main responsibility is the organization and coordination of our sport programme. Together with Annina, Aybü represents the association to the outside world and closes deals with our sponsors and our network.
ContactLeonie is responsible for the comprehensive organization of our school courses and is intensively involved in maintaining and expanding our sponsorship programs. In addition, Leonie actively supports the team in a variety of other areas, such as running events or in Communications.
ContactNastaran is responsible for fundraising and also supports numerous internal processes. She is particularly involved in digital topics and onboarding processes and supports the further development of internal structures and workflows.
ContactAndrea is head of sports coordination in the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft. In this role, she is responsible for the planning, organization and further development of sports activities. She is the central point of contact for volunteers and participants, supports public relations work and is actively involved in the implementation of events.
ContactAmar coordinates our sports programs in Bern and is the main point of contact for volunteers and participants. Thanks to his internship at SPORTEGRATION two years ago, he already has valuable experience and organizational skills. With his open-minded and outgoing personality, he creates a positive and motivating atmosphere within the team.
ContactKia is an indispensable force at SPORTEGRATION. She plays a central role in volunteer management, event organisation and the organisation of our courses. In particular, she invests many resources in process developments such as impact measurement and conducts research for our sustainable growth. Thanks to her diverse skills and commitment, our initiatives continue to bear fruit.

ContactStefanie is responsible for project management in the canton of Zurich and also works across cantons. She organizes sports and school courses, ensures that everything runs smoothly, and develops the programs further. She also regularly interacts with participants on site, always has an open ear, and thus strengthens the network around the programs.
ContactDavid is responsible for project management at SPORTEGRATION in the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft. He coordinates the various offerings and ensures that the sports and integration programs in the region are organized, developed, and successfully implemented.
ContactAmin is a new intern on the Zurich team and is enthusiastically committed to further developing local programs. He helps coordinate sports programs, supports volunteers and participants, and ensures that everything runs smoothly on site. He also contributes to organizational and communication tasks and focuses on measuring the impact of our programs.
ContactChiara provides active support in organizing our events. She plans and accompanies the events with great commitment and has always smile on her face. In addition to event organization, she is in the process of launching new sports programs in the canton of Aargau and recruiting additional volunteers for our sports courses—among other things, by networking with existing programs for people with a refugee background.
ContactDanilo supports our team as a new intern in the projects of sports coordination in Bern and communication. He assists with coordinating sports activities, accompanying volunteers and participants, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly on site. He also takes on tasks in communication and managing our website.
ContactLea supports our team as an intern in the projects of sports coordination for Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft. With her open manner, she not only ensures that everything runs smoothly in Basel, but also complements the communications and marketing team. With lots of new ideas, she wants to raise the profile of SPORTEGRATION on social media throughout Switzerland.
ContactNina joins our team as a new intern in the area of cross-cantonal activities. She supports tasks and processes that affect several cantons and is involved in supraregional coordination. With her commitment, she contributes to various organizational issues and supports tasks that are relevant across locations.
ContactAt Sportegration, Pashmak and Jacob provide daily fun and a good mood. There's never a dull moment in the office with these two furry rockets. They take their job as chief entertainers very seriously and put a smile on everyone's face. They are also our unofficial receptionists and never let us miss a visitor at the doorbell.
