Running

Every week our Running group livens up the streets and parks of Winterthur. Midway through the 90 minute run we also do strength exercises together. Representing SPORTEGRATION, our group even regularly participates in a variety of races, for example the SOLA Winterthur. In lovely company we celebrate, eat and laugh together before and after the weekly Running training.
