Our "Pilates / Stretching / Strength" course offers numerous benefits, such as improving balance and coordination, increasing performance, and reducing stress. We meet once a week to train both body and mind. In this course, we combine the soothing and strengthening elements of Pilates with targeted stretching and strength exercises to provide a holistic workout. It's the perfect place to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and make new friends.
