House Dance

Our classes are based on the basics of house dance. We start with a progressive warm-up with simple exercises, followed by "drills" which come together at the end to form a short routine. The second part of the class focuses on various freestyle techniques.

The classes are suitable for all fitness levels. If it gets too intense at times, it is always possible to take a breather.
