Afro & Dancehall Groove'n'moves (Basics)

In this course, the coach shares his passion and knowledge of various modern African dances (such as Coupé Décalé, Azonto and Ndombolo) and the Jamaican dance style Dancehall. The course is a shared exchange in which everyone is welcome just as they are. Together, the participants grow beyond their limits and experience a positive break from everyday life.

Who is the course aimed at?
The Groove'n'moves class is suitable for curious people and beginners. Various grooves, foundations and steps are developed, both from the dancehall dance style and from the various African dance styles.
