SPORTEGRATION at the RightToRun EMEA Partner Summit
Last week, SPORTEGRATION had the great honor of participating in the RightToRun EMEA Partner Summit, hosted by our long-standing supporter On. Together with ten other partner organizations from across Europe, we met in Zurich to share insights, learn from each other, and lay the foundation for new forms of collaboration.
Whether during engaging workshops, meaningful conversations, a scenic hike, a refreshing dip in the Limmat, or over delicious meals – the summit offered space for genuine connection and mutual appreciation. A highlight was our participation as panelists in the Right2Run Panel Discussion during the LightSpray Activation, where we shared how running can be a tool for mental well-being, community-building, and social transformation.
As @Joseph Birkenal eloquently put it: SPORTEGRATION brings a grounded perspective – we don’t use sport to assimilate, but to grow together.
Meeting partner organizations like Surf Ghana, Klabu, Stiftung Idée Sport, Play Together Now, Sport Senza Frontiere, We Are Queer, ASRA Club, Up Sport!, Champions Ohne Grenzen and Free to Run reminded us: Together, we are better. This summit not only strengthened our international network, but also laid the groundwork for new projects with On and their talented employee community.
A heartfelt thank you to Arielle Wat, Luis Petersen, Diego Loggiodice and the entire On team for bringing us together – and to the incredible panelists Joseph Birkenal, Sahra-Isha Muhammad-Jones, and Tadesse Abrahams for an inspiring discussion.
At SPORTEGRATION we say: You don’t need big gestures to make a lasting impact. Just a few hours of skilled volunteering can make a real difference. Want to connect? Let’s grab a (virtual) coffee – we’d love to talk!
