Partnership with Grasshopper Club Zürich

Moving forward together: Our partnership with Grasshopper Club Zürich (GCZ) demonstrated the power of sport to connect people. The event brought together over 80 participants and included unique highlights:

  • Training with Tomas Veron Lupi: GCZ striker Tomas Veron Lupi joined our SPORTEGRATION football team for a training session, sharing his passion for the game. As a special gift, participants received sports gear donated by GC Zürich – a generous gesture that brought both joy and utility.
  • Player Escort and Stadium Experience: For 16 children, a dream came true as they walked hand in hand with GC Zürich players onto the pitch before the game against FC Winterthur. Over 80 participants then enjoyed the thrilling match live, making it an unforgettable evening of emotions and community.
  • Fundraising and Giveaway: GCZ fans showed their solidarity by donating over 500 Swiss Francs, with proceeds from flag sales set to increase this amount further. Additionally, we hosted two giveaways, offering a season ticket and an original jersey as a token of gratitude to our community supporters.

This partnership not only created lasting memories but also highlighted how sports clubs can actively contribute to integration efforts. A heartfelt thank you to Grasshopper Club Zürich and its fans for their support and openness!
