Movement, connection and high fives at Josefwiese

Last wednesday, we hosted our second “Train with a Pro” event – and once again it was a great success. On the Josefwiese in Zurich, SPORTEGRATION participants, volunteers, and UBS employees came together to enjoy an intensive outdoor running and technique session with Olympic silver medalist Emma Pooley. What started out as a sports training quickly turned into something more. Because when people from very different life backgrounds come together, it’s not only about movement. It’s about connection.

Together, we tried out coordination exercises, supported each other, laughed, and pushed our limits a little. In buddy pairs, high fives became an invitation to get to know each other – and shaky knees turned into a shared experience.

After the training, the evening continued in a relaxed atmosphere: with snacks and drinks, there was space for exchange and exciting questions for Emma.
