In this Yoga class you will be exclusively among women. The training strengthens your body consciousness, your concentration as well as your fitness in general. Simultaneously Yoga reduces stress and clears the head. And don’t worry - you do not have to be especially flexible or experienced to participate in this course. SPORTEGRATION prioritises fun and conviviality!
